May I know what's the difference between BQ25181 and BQ25180?

Hi Zach,

The difference is the package size. BQ25180 is a WCSP(Wafer Chip Scale Package) which is smaller than BQ25181 in a QFN (Quad Flat No lead) package.

The BQ25181 has /PG(Powegood) and /CE (Charge Enable) pin and has better thermal performance which is good for higher charging currents (>600mA).

Hi Zach,

Yes- when VIN is plugged in, the device generates an interrupt.
