I was able to re-create this, and found what is likely the problem:
I also defaulted to 5V for the input, but that is too low for this device. Try 10V or 12V for VG1 and see if that fixes it.
Also, I would recommend tying EN to VDD for the simulation to avoid a floating node for simulation (even though it works floating due to pullup in reality). In addition, it helps to use a capacitor on the outputs so the driver can work as intended.
Good luck, hopefully it works with these changes but let me know if it doesn't.
