Hi expert,

LMR36006 has 2type package infomation in datahsheet. It seems to have difference about hight.

RNX0012B VQFN-HR - 1 mm max height

RNX0012C VQFN-HR - 0.9 mm max height

Why the device have 2type package?

Will it have possiblity of shipping both package?

If package transfer timing now, when will it complite transfor to latest one? which is the latest package?

Hi Yusuke,

RNX0012A VQFN-HR - 1 mm max height was developed earlier in 2016 and the other one was developed in 2018. Will the difference of them impact your design?

I would like to confirm exactly, is it meaning,at this time, this device have possiblity of shipping both package?

Why the device have 2type package?

Also, latest package is RNX0012C, will this device package move to RNX0012C in the future?

Hi Mukuno,

Yes you are right. These two packages are developed at two AT sites and are shipping at the same time. And we currently have no plan yet to move all the package to RNX0012C.
