tps62590 can be 100% duty conducted and boostrap cap.is not needed.is there P-channel MOSFET integrated in tps62590?

but in "functional block diagram" at 4 page of datasheet, the N-channel mosfet is drawn. is this a mistake?

Yes, the TPS62590 can support 100% duty cycle and does not need an external bootstrap cap. Whether the internal FET is P-channel or N-channel is proprietary. The part supports 100% duty cycle without an external bootstrap cap.
