TPS3850: TPS3850: Problems with the simulation model

Part Number: TPS3850
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PSPICE-FOR-TI,

Hello,

We will use the TPS3850H01DRCR as voltage supervisor and watch dog and I need to simulate this IC to ensure a correct behavior to our application.

I have already downloaded and try both Spice models from https://www.ti.com/product/TPS3850#design-development but it does not work in Tina (V. 9.3.200.277 SF-TI) or others simulators.

To verify the simulation model (more basic functions) I used the next configuration: model XYY=033, Set0 and Set1 to GDN, CWD and CRST with a 10k ohm pull-up resistor, WDI to GND (to disable it) and WDO_BAR and RESET_BAR with a 10k ohm pull-up resistor, getting an error message.

Below two pictures about it.

Could you support me with the next questions:

  1. Is there any other model, resource or tip to be able to get a result from simulation?
  2. Is it possible to represent the TPS3850H01DRCR as XYY=101, with all custom settings, with this model?

Thank you in advance.
