Our design is: tps53647+4 phase CSD95490; Input: 12V; output: 0.89V;
The current is 48A under heavy load, and the ripple is only 10 mv, which meets the requirements; the current is 35A under no load, and the noise is more than 40 mv, which does not meet the spec requirements;
The current value is read out through the TI GUI , and the ripple is measured at the end with an oscilloscope
May I ask why the ripple is so large at no load?
I think light load get 35A from GUI is abnormal.
