TPS61026: IC gets broken in the low temperature

Hi team,

When the customer uses TPS61026 in the low surrounding temperature like -10 degree celusius, the current consumption gets high, and the IC gets broken.

Do you know silimar case or cause?

    What does this mean? The current here means output current of  TPS61026?

    Could you please provide more detailed information? Like the VIN VOUT IOUT, and also the work condition before broken?

    And more, is it a repetitive phenomenon? Did customer try another one?
