Hi,

Why do I get 0 when reading Current from the Control() Subcommands? And what is the unit for the current? Do I need to perform a complete learning cycle first?

I don't have any load attached and the current from the battery is 60mA. I have changed the CC gain and CC delta values but still got 0 as a reading.

Hello Nur,

The unit of current is mA and you do not need to perform a learning cycle to read current. Are you using bqStudio?

No. But I'm waiting for the ev2400. After I get it, I'll try the bqStudio.

It still confuses me why the current reading is 0. Does this mean the IC is broken? Or is it just need to be properly configured?

Hello Nur,

Could be some error in the commands/communication. Let us know what bqStudio reads.
