TPS40057: Stop with current fluctuation

Hello E2E,

On our board, the TPS40057 output 3.3V and 10A from Vin=28V.
When output current change instantly from 10A to 0A, the device has stop.
I read the datasheet, I could not to found the content about it.

Could TI explain about the cause for the issue?

Does the device stops and require a power recycle to restart the device?

Can you provide waveforms ?

Yes. The device gets restart with power cycling.

Hello Acguy

Since the device has no protection function which permanently stops switching, I think you have to check the status of each pins & nodes when the device stops switching.
