Hi,

I am working with UCC21710 gate driver. What is the internal impedance of OC pin with respect to the COM pin? When I assume this as infinite for my DESAT protection circuit shown in Fig attached below, the circuit is not working as expected. Also, what are the typical values of R1, RDESAT, R2, R3 and CBLK. I know these values changes with designs, but I just need a range of values. Thanking you in advance.

Hi Rakesh,

Thanks for your interest on the UCC21710 gate drive. We dont have a spec for internal impedance of the OC Pin. As you mentioned that it should be high.

As Don has recommended, the EVM should have typical values.

Hi Rakesh,

There is no spec for the RDSon for the OC pin and is not measured. How are you planning to use? Is it possible to share the system use case condition?
