Please let me know about the error of Charge current. The datasheet of the device has min and max value for it.
I want to know min/max value when setted to 320mA(0x0140H) for Charge current.
Does TI have formulas and measurement data for them?

The accuracy is guaranteed and characterized at the points that are listed in the datasheet. If you look at the Pre-Charge accuracy it is spec'd for 384mA as +/-15% and for 192mA it is +/-20%. Therefore the accuracy for 320mA should be between +/-15% and +/-20%. I would expect it to be in the range of 18% based on the rest of the specs.
