Hello,

my customer tried to update to latest firmware version.

But, the error message was happened as below.

May I have the way how to update the firmware?

Hello,

Please check the TICloudAgent Bridge.

Try uninstalling and then when attempting to access the GUI from the Gallery install the extension when prompted. Confirm there are no errors associated with Windows Defender or other anti-virus software. If this is unsuccessful then please uninstall and attempt to load directly from the project panel:

Hello Chris,

the custor could fix this problem.

the problem was that Stellaris ICDI drivers wasn't installed at GUI install timing.

after install the driver, the customer could update the firmware.
