TPS51200: LPDDR2

Part Number: TPS51200

Hi team,

My customer considers to use TPS51200 for LPDDR2 terminator(0.6V output). Although selection table of TI.com states LPDDR2 is supported, the datasheet doesn't mention LPDDR2.

Just for double checking, is it okay to use TPS51200 for LPDDR2? Or is there any other recommended device?
