BQ76952: About the temperature error problem of NTC sampling (thermistor input) of bq76952

Part Number: BQ76952

Hi, TI experts,
The attachment is the schematic diagram of NTC sampling.

When I tested the NTC temperature accuracy of bq76952, I found that at high temperature (100°C) or low temperature (-20°C), the detected temperature would have an error of 2-3°C with the temperature corresponding to the NTC RT meter. Why? Woolen cloth?

I tried changing the 10nF capacitor to 100pF, but the test didn't work. Is the 100R resistor affecting the NTC sampling?

What is the working principle of the thermistor input, or is there a better NTC schematic wiring. Please let me know, thanks.
