HI,

We are using LMR14050 IC in one of our design, we have given all the necessary EMI-Filter circuitry mentioned in the application note.

But still the CE102 graphs are behaving similar to one which is given in the application note (no EMI-Filter). It seems the EMI-Filter circuit is not having any effect on the power supply.

Please find the attached Schematic and CE102 Graph.

Hi Hemanth,

The electrolytic C308 would be better on the other side of the inductor L8, on the 24V node.

Also be sure it has sufficient ESR for input filter damping. See: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva538/snva538.pdf

You can also use capacitance to the left of common mode choke L7, as the common mode choke will have parasitic differential-mode leakage inductance.

The PCB layout routing of SW should be short and minimum copper area.
