Could you help explain what POR falling threshold means? Can customer use it as a UV protection for VS?
When they apply KL30 to VS (CH1 in yellow) and measure the VGS as VS drops, they found gate turns off threshold is 3.59V, different with d.s POR falling threshold 2.2-3.1V? Is there any misunderstanding of the term? If the understanding is correct what is the possible reasons for this difference? Thanks!
