Input is 12~24V, output 1 is - 4V 8.5A, output 2 is 4.6V 8.5A。

Hi Kevin, take a look at the LM25143 (or LM25143-Q1 for automotive). This is a dual-output controller. you can use the quickstart calculator to assist with component selection.
