Hello Shinji,

Below is the variance in the current limit detection threshold

Using the Ron and Vsc of the device and Ohms law you can find the min and max detection thresholds.

For example 0.3/0.089 = 3.371A

Hello Tsuji-san,

Yes the Vsc range increases over temperature as specified in the datasheet.

Do you mean Vsc increase as temperature increase, and not opposite(ex Vsc increase as temperature decrease)?

Tsuji-san,

I mean that the range expands across temperature hence both the lower and upper limits altering when increasing from -40C through 105C to -40C through 125C; however, we would expect these values to be fairly stable across temperature and be more affected by process.
