BQ40Z50-R2: BQ40Z50-R2 single LED qery

I have a query need your help.

Does BQ40Z50-R2 support one LED or two LEDs? 

Design application: 0~99% blinking, 100% constant bright, single LED design.

The capacity is not required to display. Attached  the circuit, and attach parameters setting.
