The chip is not detected by bqstudio. Before it could connect which just had to wait a while before restarted bqstudio.

I noticed that your customer has BQStudio version 1.3.101. This is the STABLE version, and they should download the latest version--which is the TEST version. I will attach an image of how the correct software should appear in BQStudio:
If this doesn't work, the problem could be with the communication device the customer is using. Please ensure that the customer is using either an EV2400, or a clone of this device, and that the firmware on the device is updated to the latest version.
