for Low side Active clamp forward converter can i drive both N-MOSFET and P-MOSFET (Q1,Q2) using UCC28C45 ?

I assume you are inquiring about the UCC28C45. I do not see a UCC24C45 on TI's web site.
If you need an AUX output the most straightforward approach would be to use a gate driver that takes a single input and provides complementary outputs with dead-time control. One such gate driver is the UC3714/15 or UC2714/15 family. There may be others but this was the first I found.
Another approach would be to use a controller with built-in gate drive and AUX control, like the UCC2897A.

is there any automotive grade part available?

Could you use a dual input/output gate driver, like the UCC27324-Q1, and invert one of the inputs, or
Use two single gate drivers and cross-couple the devices to get the right timing and dead-time?

we are searching automotive grade solution for "Low side Active clamp forward converter"
we have two options but not meet automotive requirement
1. we didn't find any part similar to UCC2897A in auto grade, if any please suggest.
2. we can also consider UCC28C45-Q1which is auto grade along with UC3714 to generated p-channel gate pulse but again UC3714 not auto grade
we didn't find any dead time control gate drive in automotive grade (like UC3714)

The UC2714 is Industrial temperature grade, but not automotive.
If you create another post and mention you're looking for an automotive grade solution similar to the UC2714 it will be routed to our gate driver team. They know their product line much better than me.
