Isn't Vfb 5V-(VR1/R1*CTR*R3) and not (VR1/R1*CTR*R3)? In this video there are two R3’s or is this an error or are you saying R3's should be the same.
I tried simulating the circuit in LTSPICE, and can't get the response.

We are trying to use the TL431 with the TPS7H5001 controller, where the VSENSE needs to be 0.613 volts. It seems that there should be an emitter resistor to feed the opto-coupler signal to theTPS7H5001 VSENSE pin?
Does the PS output feedback network need to be set to 2.5V to connect to the TL431 reference? Will soft start on the TPS7H5001 still operate?
