    Hi Ray,

    They are both dual channel high-side switch with similar Rds-on. They're not pin-to-pin compatible, and some spec such as current limit level and current sense accuracy are not the same. If customer is asking for a similar feature replacement, then it would be a good choice. Are there any specific feature requirements from the customer?
