Hello Siddhi,

The connections for U4 look good.

If the device is supporting a .24A load and the board is laid out using JEDEC standards:

TJ = TA + 23.3856C. Going above abs max for long periods of time will damage the device. Please refer to the Thermal Metrics App Note for more info.
