You can apply conformal coating to the TPS62237DRYR.

Ryu,

There should be no issue for the TPS62237 or the AM26LV31E provided the electrical characteristics of the device are still met.

Note that both of these devices have MSL ratings of Level-1-260C-UNLIM. You can find further MSL info in this application note.
