Hi Sir,
My customer used SN51395 and TPS51395/TPS51397A co-layout, but found 19/10137 fail rate.
We found Pin2,3,4,5(Vin) and Pin6,19,20(SW) short to GND.
But it only found in SN51395 device, other using TPS51395 and TPS51397A have not found this failure.
Would you please help check schematic?
