LMG3422R030: Inner GaN HEMT's Information

Hello. team.

I construct an inverter through the LMG3422R030 device. and I have to know about some thermal characteristics.

I need parameter values of GaN FET that make up LMG3422R030 device to modeling power loss.

but, In [LMG342xR030 600-V 30-mΩ GaN FET With Integrated Driver, Protection, and Temperature Reporting] file, there is no information about GaN FET enoughly.

for instance,

1. Gate charge characteristc with Gate to Source Voltage (to acquire miller voltage, Vpl)

2. Transconductance about GaN FET,

and so on.

So. I ask you about the information of "GaN FET"(in the LMG3422R030) model name or information.

When modeling power loss for our devices in regards to gate charge, we refer customers to the device's integrated gate driver characteristics and power loss within the corresponding datasheet. For transconductance, we refer customers to our I-V curve where transconductance can be estimated for calculations. Our LMG3422R030 datasheet has not yet been updated with an I-V curve; however, our LMG3522R030 datasheet does have an I-V curve which is suitable for this application and what we recommend using for power loss calculations.
