Hello 

I need ultra high precision temperature sensor .
I thinking to use the lm134  and calibrating it over the whale range  using dry block calibrator . 

Please comment .

    Hi Ahmed 

    L134 is a great choice for temp sensing application when you are calibrating it for full temperature range. You can refere Sensing temperature section on page 7 in the data sheet for details
