Hi Team,

We wanted to design a LLC converter using by UCC256404A. Our input is 220VAC and output is 24V at 400W. We started to test at half of the nominal voltage.(Input:110VAC, Output:12V, Output Power:100W). I've added schematic files and calculation documents. Firstly, we achieved output regulation under no-load and light loads.(around 1A at 12V). However, under higher loads converter does not wake up. After a few trials, we've started to burn high side output driver.(HS and HO pins gets shorted.) Do you have any suggestion or recommendation for this application?
