TPS546C23: I2C clock frequency for TPS546C23 and TPS546D24

Dear team,

I would like to double check maximum I2C clock frequency for TPS546C23 and TPS546D24.

Does TPS546D24 can support up to 1MHz and TPS546C23 can only support 400KHz?

Hello Ben,

Both of these devices do not support I2C. These are PMBUS. The TPS546C23/4 devices are PMBus 1.3 Compliant.

Hi Tahar,

For my understood, I²C primer and PMBus are compatible and interoperable on the electrical requirements and command semantics.

let me know if my understanding is wrong.

What is PMBUS clock frequency for each device?

Hi Ben,

from the datasheet it support only 400KHz. Checking internally if it support higher frequencies. I will update you on that as well in a day or so.
