customer use LM25143-Q1，and want to design 100A circuit，but it only shows 50A in datasheet ，is it use 2pcs LM25143-Q1 to push 100A?thanks in advance

Yes, 2 pcs LM5143 with lower working frequency(<250Khz) can push to 100A, and the mosfet thermal dissipation need to be taken care.

You can use the 5V/50A 2-phase apps circuit example in the LM25143-Q1 data sheet and extend it to 4 phases. As Daniel mentioned, component selection is critical at this current level to maximize efficiency and thermal performance. You can use the quickstart calculator to assist with this design.
