and check if the schematic has anything wrong?

Thanks for your patience. I will check if any of our experts on this device will be in office sooner to review this.

One thing I can say is that it is really hard for us to give useful feedback on the MOSFET selection, as the selection is very dependant on the whole system.

Hi Fred,

I am filling in for our expert in gate drivers.

Your schematic looks good. Your MOSFET also looks good. I can't see the values on your resistors, but make sure the enable pin stays above 2.1 volts.

In your layout, make sure to have the driver and the FET as close together as possible. Make sure to minimize the length of high current traces.
