FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER: USB Interface Adaptor Texas Instruments 2022 & TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Designer-7.8.3 Issue

Hi Prasad,

This might be a silly check but have you unplugged the GPIO-to-USB from your computer and plugged it back in? I have had the same issue when the adapter was left connected for extended periods of time. Everything else looks fine.

What device are you trying to use? You have an unreleased version of Fusion so there might be an unknown compatibility issue.

I tried several times suggested points and crosscheck the hardware connection as well still we are getting the same as previous snapshot.

Below are the PMBUS parts we trying to connect.

If it is unreleased version kindly shared suitable version link for this device.

Hi, Prasad,

Try power cycle devices, unplug USB adapter from the PC, wait a few minutes, then try again. You also try changing adapter bus speed from 100 kHz to 400 kHz to see if it works.
