BQSTUDIO: Cannot set "configuring auto cycle"

Hi team,

My customer cannot set "Configuring auto cycle" on BQstudio becuase the configuration doesn't appear on GUI. I found this configuration from this video below.

Do you know any ways to solve this problem?

Hello Shunsuke-san,

The configuration settings for Autocyle can be accessed using the menu Window->Preferences. Then navigate to Registers and expand the tree below it to access the Autocycle configuration setttings.

Note:

The Autocycle menu is only enabled when the "Registers" tab is clicked/has focus.

Autocycle is only available for SMBus gauges.

My customer has been evaluating BQ27421-G1 If my understanding is correct, my customer cannot use Autocycle, right?

Are there any similar functions of Autocycle?

Hello Shunsuke-san,

For BQ27421-G1 there is a "Learning cycle" button on the toolbar. The "automated mode" in this tab is similar to Autocycle.
