TPS61178 have many constant current source on internal circuit.  

Is there current specification (Min_Typ_Max) for internal constant current source on ILIMIT and FREQ/SYNC?

    Sorry, there is no such current specification for the inner current source.

    the current is inner the chip and not in the scope of the test.

    The specification is embodied as the frequency range and ILIMIT change.
