UC1843-SP: SEL Sensitivity

Part Number: UC1843-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM139AQML-SP

Hi Team,

We're almost certain but we need to confirm if the parts UC1843-SP and LM139AQML-SP are non SEL (Single Event Latch-up) sensitive due to their bipolar process. I've also seen some references such as the Single-Event Effects Test Report of the UC1843B-SP (we assumed the same for UC1843-SP as they are on the same device family); and this E2E post saying that the LM139AQML-SP is indeed unexpected. But to be 100% sure, can you confirm this so we could confirm it to our customer as well? Can you also advise if these devices are non thyristor structure?

Thanks in advance!

Kind Regards,

Jejomar
