Hello William,
”mA” is the correct unit. This is an older datasheet and we will correct the typo. Thanks.
Dear Masoud,
May I know reason why “max high output current” IOH in datasheet section “absolute max rating” say IOH is -10mA?
Abbott is also confused any reason why IOH for TLC7701QPWREP is +10mA (opposite polarity compared to -10mA for TLC7701IPWR)? Thanks.
Best Regards,
William
Hello William,
+"10mA" is the correct spec as this device has a push-pull output stage.
If this is for a new design please also consider our newer alternatives:
Thanks.
Dear Masoud,
Does it mean that both MPN: TLC7701IPWR, TLC7701QPWREP have same IOH: +10mA, and same “max supply current” 16mA? Thanks.
Best Regards,
William
