BQ76952: VREF permanent failure is occurring consistently

Hello Team,

I am using Bq76952 BMS IC for a 14s BMS. VREF PF is occurring in all the boards. What is the reason behind it and how to rectify it? Please assist in solving this.

Could you share your schematic so we can review it and make sure everything is okay? Are all ICs from the same batch?
