TPS25982: Will the current flowback from OUT to IN if no electrical power or signal is provided to IN and EN.

The usage is as follows

The main part has a backup.  The main part and its backup each has a high side swith.  The main part and its backup have a common Load connected to the efuse TPS25982. 

When the signal MAIN_EN is active, the isolated DCDC of the main part output power and that of the backup is disabled. If the controller in the main part power domain turn on the swith, the load is powered. Will the current flowback from the load to OUT and finally to the IN of the efuse TPS25982 of the backup?

    HI Xiang,

    Yes current will flow back because of FET body diode.  You need to use a device like TPS25947 that has B2B FETs for reverse current blocking. Please have a look at TPS25947 datasheet and system example on ORing in datasheet.
