TPS55288: INT issue

Hi,

We have occur TPS55288 abonormal OCP issue, and INT tigger low when TPS55288 initial.

But in this time it no load, would you please check below schematic any thing wrong may cause this issue?

it dump from TPS55288 and found OCP has been triggered.

Thanks for reaching out on E2E.

I have some questions about this:

1. Why the output has 3.5V but VCC is 0V at the left half screen?

2. What is the action that causes VCC raises?

3. What is your Vin range, Vout and max Iout?

4. What is the load current? Can you also probe the Iout and IL waveforms?

Hi Bryce,

I found similar issue in past E2E post, it mentioned same issue is founded in your side, and seems only suggest customer set as below step.

1. Change the default setting in the below register. Set SC， OCP, OVP bit to 0.

2. Then enable the IC by setting the OE bit to high.

3. Set SC， OCP, OVP bit to 1.

Seems it is known issue, right?

I'm checking the inductor current in real case, will update IL waveform later.

Please see below Waveform, you can see no output current but INT assert low and OCP bit has been set. Thanks!
