I need a Pspice for TI model for the TLV803EA46 device. This is for the device with the open drain output, 4.63V threshold, and 200ms delay.

Thank you. Is the VIT+ threshold voltage of the model adjustable?
If not, I will also need the TLV803EA26 device.

Hi Joel,

I am still looking into this. Unfortunately, the models that we have available does not accommodate the 4.63V and 2.6V devices, but I am still checking if we can provide you a solution.

Hi Joel,

We are not able to provide a model for the specific PN that you need. With the current model that we have, we can only adjust the threshold voltage of the device but not the reset delay of the device.
