-5V at 5A Regulator

I'm trying to find a part that can create -5V capable of supplying 5A. Available system voltages are 24V, 12V, 5V and 3.3V.

Hello Mike,

Normally you can use any step-down converter to generate a negative output voltage. The GND pin of the converter is then floating and the inductor is connected to the system GND. For more details, please review this application note: http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/slva317a
