On another topic about this IC, Jeff F mentioned:

Approximately 10% of ICs produced prior to April 2022 have the "stuck in trickle charge" issue.

Could you please give me the datecodes concerned by this issue?

Hi Marina,

The top marking starts with " TI YMS" where YM is the year and month in hex. ICs after April 2022 do not the have issue so "TI 25..." or later do not the issue.

I don't think this information is displayed on the roll/reel, you will have to check the top marking of the IC for this.
