The customer is using TPSI3050-Q1 for Precharge relay.
1. EMC Test (BCI) Condition
- Measure the Gate Driver (TPSI3050-Q1) output signal after applying DC +12V in the Precharge stage
- Precharge resistance, relay resistance measurement before and after the test
2. EMC Test (BCI) Result
- NG (Driver IC output signal off at corresponding frequency band)
- MODE1 NG : 280~290Mhz, 327~388Mhz
- MODE2 NG : 140~145Mhz, 151~190Mhz, 191~238Mhz
Please give me a guide on how to improve the schematic.
