I was suggested TPS51200 as a replacement of EV1320(Enpirion) for DDR3 termination.
The schematic section for the same with TPS51200 is attached for your reference.
Kindly give your feedback at the earliest, so that we may give clearance for production of PCB.

Hello, here is my comment about the schematic:
1- Capacitor C1089 is too big for decoupling at REFIN. REFIN is an input for an amplifier buffer. 1nF to 10nF is enough for decoupling.
2- Output cap on DDR3_VTT is 5x22uF. You can remove 2 of them unless there is a valid reason
3- Add 0.1uF from VOSNS pin to GND and R1100 can be changed to 10 Ohms. The RC filter on VOSNS pin may be needed to compensate for a stray inductance from VO pin 3 to output capacitance or for ESL.
4- There are 5 capacitors C205 to C209 between DDR3_VTT to CTRL_1.35V. Is it a wrong connection?
