Hello TI,
I am evaluating UCC14240 for sic inverter and found that UCC14240 achieve overpower protection using mama and baby burst.
however for our application think this may be insufficient and wanted to have a papa burst in addition to these but we couldn't find any mention of this in the datasheet.
Q1: Can UCC14240 generate papa burst on its own, and if so what is the timing diagram?
Q2: Does TI have any parts with papa burst capability?
Q3: If papa burst is not possible, is adding papa or even grandpa burst functionality on the roadmap? we are intersted in the full family tree
