My customer need to inquire about ESD test regulation for component certification. Will it be ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 or JESD22 or other standard?

Hello Kagiwada-san,

TI ESD testing of the CSD19536KTT is compliant with JESD22-C101C for CDM and JESD22-A114E for HBM.
