TPS929120EVM: Firmware update window not poping up

Hi,

I just obtained a TPS929120EVM evaluation board and its respective GUI. Once I have everything connected and the 12V source connected, a firmware update should pop up. But it doesn't. I tried another computer to see if the problem was that the first one did not detect the USB. But, I still get the same error. If I click to the connect button, it tries to connect but it fails.

What can I do to solve it?

Is there any screen shot that can be shared? Is there any pop-up window showing error? Please make sure you selected correct device address and connection.

Hi,

No window pops-up. In terms of connections, I have everything well connected (or so I believe). What do you mean with the "correct device address"? The pins of the evaluation board are conected as in the photography:

Hello,

I solved this problem by using the USB2ANY Explorer Software (link to page for download). There I followed the steps at the bottom of page 9 of the User Guide. I opened the GUI again and the Update Firmware window poped up.
