BQ25792: About charging Termination conditions

Hi Team,

 

I understand that charging Termination conditons are IBAT and VBAT threshold.

Could you please let us know it if BQ25792 have other monitoring parameters?

    Hi Hide,

    Those are the 2 parameters.  I(BAT) is measured through the BATFET and V(BAT) is measured across BATP and internal GND.  Termination accuracy can be improved by lower the ICHG setting below 1A.  At ICHG < 1A, the charger makes the BATFET more resistive to improve ICHG and ITERM measurements. These measurements are input to comparators and compared against internal references.

    If enabled, the ADC uses the same measurement circuits and converts those analog values to digital but the ADC is not used to perform termination.
