TPS25750: How long does the GAID command take to execute? Are there any cases in which it would not work?

After sending 'GAID' to TPS25750, the PD controller will immediately goes into the Error Recovery state follow by a 1 second delay (typical) before it does a cold restart. Typically the only reason the 'GAID' command will fail is if the host sends the 4cc command incorrectly to the PD or if the PD does not receive the required power (i.e. 3.3V is cut off to VIN_3V3).
